Slate is a team of 9, Pre-Seed, and every person owns a real surface of the product. You ship directly to customers, see the impact within days, and there is no queue of approvals between you and the work.
Work that is fair by design
We are building the AI hiring screener that gives every applicant a fair first read. The problem is structural: volume makes the first round unfair before anyone makes a biased decision. This is the work of fixing that.
Async and remote-friendly
We do not run on urgency theater. The bar is high and the work is ambitious, most of it async across the US. Headquartered in New York with team members remote across the country. We interrupt each other only when something cannot wait.

Five full-time roles across engineering, AI, design and go-to-market. All US-based: New York or remote within the US.
